MINUTES OF THE GILBERT CITY COUNCIL MEETING

GILBERT, IOWA

CALLED TO ORDER: 6:37 P.M. at City Hall, by Mayor Bob Jaquis

ROLL CALL: Present: Chris Benda, Helen Gunderson, Lynn Henn, and Fred Vogtlin.

 Absent: Peg Uthe.

     Moved, by Fred Vogtlin, seconded by Lynn Henn to approve the agenda for February 1, 2001 Motion declared carried unanimously.

 Mayor Jaquis and City Council discussed the 2001-2002 budget. They reviewed what the City has received as revenues and paid out for expenditures since January 31, 2001. They discussed priority of projects and amounts to be budgeted for.

     Moved by Lynn Henn, seconded by Fred Vogtlin to adjourn at 810 p.m. Motion declared carried unanimously.
