ROLL CALL: Present: Chris Benda, Helen Gunderson, Lynn Henn, Peg Uthe and Craig Allen. Employee’s Gary Steel, Alan Hanson and Dianna L. Schmidt.

Absent: None

 Tim Shield with the Institute of Public Affairs discussed with the Mayor, City Council and City Employee’s team building strategies, what a Capital Improvement Plan is and how it works for the city and guidelines on building an agenda.
