ROLL CALL: Present: Craig Allen, Chris Benda, Lynn Henn and Jon Popp Absent: Peggy Uthe.

CONSENT CALENDAR: Moved by Henn, seconded by Benda to approve the Agenda for May 8, 2003. Motion declared carried unanimously.

DISCUSSION OF AMENDING THE 2002-2003 BUDGET. Council discussed the 2002-2003 Budget Amendment.

RESOLUTION 411: SETTING THE DATE FOR THE AMENDED BUDGET HEARING: Moved by Popp, seconded by Henn to set the date for the Public Hearing on the 2002-2003 Budget Amendment to be he]( on May 27, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. in the Gilbert City Hall.

Roll Call Vote: 4-0

Resolution 411 declared adopted unanimously, signed by the Mayor and hereby made a portion of these minutes.
