Re: Liability Policy for G125 Anniversary Committee

Dear Helen,

This letter is in reference to our conversation about Liability coverage for your anniversary committee.

I did contact Employers Mutual Insurance Company, which writes the insurance coverage for the City of Gilbert. They stated the following about Liability coverage for any organization that does want to be covered under the Liability policy for the City of Gilbert.

Employers Mutual Insurance Company will extend the Liability from the City of Gilbert's Insurance policy to cover the G 125 organization if they are an arm and controlled by the City Council. This can be done at an additional charge of $100 per year. Secondly if the City of Gilbert chooses not to endorse and be in control of the G125 Committee, then the G125 Committee would have to purchase a separate Liability policy for their organization.

Please advise me of any decision the City Council may make about your organization. If you would like to have a separate Liability quotation, we can also provide that for your committee.
